Graduate – Sales/Marketing/Commercial

Due to ongoing significant growth, we are seeking to recruit a graduate trainee.

Based in Corby, Northamptonshire the successful applicant will be involved in a range of disciplines with particular emphasis on sales, marketing and the commercial aspects of the business.

Applicants must be highly competent, level headed and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a recently graduated individual who ideally has achieved a first or second class honours degree.

Candidates must possess a full clean driving license as the role will require an element of travel.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to grow with a Company and develop their career for the future. A personalised training plan will be mutually agreed which provides both formal and on the job training.

Factory Manager

Due to ongoing significant growth; our Litho Packaging business is seeking to recruit a Factory Manager. Based in Corby, Northamptonshire the role will report directly to the Business Manager and is the key leadership role for the manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming working practices, whilst engaging continuous improvement techniques to drive productivity and efficiency levels. Given the nature of our business; the successful candidate must have a genuine interest in understanding the technical elements of both our products and manufacturing processes. As a result; this role would ideally suit somebody with previous experience of the paper/print/packaging sector or somebody with a mechanical bias towards process engineering; welcoming a role which is predominately factory based as opposed to office.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a key requirement together with a proven ability in managing and developing people within a factory based environment.

Ideally we are looking for applicants who are educated to a degree standard or equivalent.

Salary range is dependent on experience. Holidays are currently 25 days per annum (pro-rata) plus statutory holidays.
