Our sophisticated process printing, in up to six colours, allows superb full colour reproduction. Strict registration controls facilitate the printing of fine details and bar codes. All available on a wide variety of papers - from clay coated to bleached kraft and recycled substrates.

DESIGN

Our in-house graphics studios are equipped with leading design technology including Apple Macintosh work stations enabling the creation of artwork from concept to completion or the adaptation of supplied artwork for the flexo printing process.

PLATE MAKING

Our in-house film-making, solid photopolymer plate-making together with the use of CTP technology and quality proofing operations facilitate a speedy response to clients' requirements.

PRINTING

CRP's four Cobden Chadwick reel-to-reel printing presses offer an extensive range of graphic options - from one colour all-over tinting through bold solid colours to sophisticated six colour process printing plus specialist coatings and high gloss lacquers.

An impressive choice of print cylinders with repeats from 750mm to 2000mm allow graphic designs for almost any size of pack. A fully automated ink dispensing system with computerised colour matching guarantees colour consistency.
